The Racquet filed an open records request yesterday for all documents pertaining the Student Senate Resolution SA09-10 029, which seeks to dismiss impeachment charges but admonish Sen. Eric Schmidt.
The request was forwarded to the Office of Administration and Finance, which traditionally handles such inquiries.
